The road ends in a descent leading to the ocean.
A red BMW slowly comes to a halt. 
A man conscientiously sits down on his folding stool,
unwraps his sandwich and pours himself a cup of tea
out of a stainless steal thermos.
As soon as the man has put away his picnic basket
he sets out for the rocks with a fishing pole in his hand,
driven by that relentless regional activity.
